SOS for ingrown hair

SOS for ingrown hair

July 14, 2017

Hello Gorgeous,

Every girl who has ever dealt with the issues of ingrown leg hair agrees that it can be an infinite war with no winner on either side. Desperation, anger, shame. Concealing or hiding those little red dots under your clothes. It’s no big deal in winter but what about summer? Curious faces and uncomfortable questions are the reasons to skip a day by the pool or lake or suffer in long jeans even during these hot summer days.

Catching at straws and trying every recommendation, as untrustworthy as it seems, we’ve all been through that. And I know we are all different and unique but we are all equal when it comes to fighting the hair. Sticking to my three points will guarantee you sexy legs without imperfections.

  1. The right method

The way you choose to shave is essential. Inflamed pimples or rash from ingrown hair is in 95% an outcome of an incorrect shaving method. The key thing is to identify the methods you’ve already tried and that have never worked and replace them with alternatives. In reality there are multiple options - epilation to get rid of the hair for up to a month (epilation machine, waxing, sugar paste, laser) or depilation methods as a painless but short-term solution (razor, depilatory creams). Pimples or even ingrown hair - a problem not only aesthetic but sanitary as well - is a common problem when epilating.  If this is your case, there’s really only two options. Try a different form of epilation to suit your skin more or swallow the fact you have to become a friend with your razor. In that case, hygiene is never to be underestimated! Always use a new razor and a shaving cream and only shave at night so your skin gets the chance to regenerate overnight.

  1. Evening procedure

After hair removal your skin is irritated and sensitive. That’s why it is so important to moisturise it and take the right care of it. And what’s more perfect than a MARK wrap? However! Do not use me as a scrub now. Just apply a little layer and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Thanks to my oils and vitamins I am able to treat and hydrate your skin properly.

  1. Scrubbing

The third or fourth day is the key here so if you tend to forget, set a notification on your phone. That’s when you should reach after me again - because I clean your skin thoroughly, get rid of dirt and dead skin cells, I help your hair to find the right direction.

Can you relate? Don’t hesitate, darling! Pick your favorite aroma and I can rest in your bathroom very soon.

TIP: You can use MARK 2 to 3 times a week with no worries. Not only does it smell delicious, it resolves your troubles for good. In addition, the caffeine contained in coffee fights cellulite so you legs will always be to die for.

Yours faithfully,

MARK
